Techo Vipassana Meditation is an advanced meditation technique that uses the “Fire Element” of the body to burn toxins and impurities, from both the Mind and Body.

The World we live in is full of toxicity, from all that we consume, including Food, Water, Air, prescription medication, alcohol, social media, news, 5G electro-magnetic waves, and unlimited connectivity to the internet. “You are what you eat”.

To truly purify Mind and Body and Heal at the Core – requires entering a Meditation Retreat, returning to Nature, and disconnecting from the World and the Internet.

Dress Code: White, loose-fitting, and modest meditation attire is mandatory. The clothing should be discreet and non-revealing.

Quantity: Given Thailand’s hot, humid, and rainy climate, coupled with the Techo practice that generates warmth, students might feel the need to refresh frequently. It’s advisable to bring 1-2 outfits for each day of the course, allowing for multiple changes as needed.

Recommendation: We recommend the Daranee brand for comfortable quality meditation outfits. You can conveniently pre-order online, and your attire will be ready for collection at the retreat upon your arrival.
